Gaining body weight is something that happens gradually.
If you gain 0.35 ounces a day, your body weight will increase gradually to 4 pounds in 6 months, 8 pounds in one year, around 16 punds in two years, if you do not make any changes in your lifestyle.
It is much better to make little changes in the things we eat and the exercise we take, rather than start a diet that we will probably give up soon.
